Credit Control Role – May 2022

An experienced credit controller position is becoming available within a well-established, family owned, Leeds based SME due to retirement in December.

Overseeing circa 500 live accounts we need the successful person to be able to hit the ground running and work alongside the current credit controller to ensure a smooth handover in this most important role.

The role involves (but is not limited to):

  • Reviewing customer credit limits
  • Liaising with customers to ensure debtor days are maintained/improved
  • Knowledge of invoice finance would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP system is required
  • Posting and allocating receipts by way of Bacs, cheques and credit cards
  • Be a key player within the organisation dealing with sales, operations, warehouse etc
  • Ability to deal with customer queries and really delve into issues for a quick resolution.
  • A working knowledge of exports and VAT is desirable
  • Experience of setting up direct debits for collection
  • Experienced with Office 365 and associated software.

Customer Service Coordinator

Leeds

Competitive salary dependent on experience.

The successful applicant will report to the Customer service Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the administration relating to all customer issues, taking ownership of all ongoing customer’s complaints, and seeking to maximize further sales opportunities within incoming calls. The Customer Service Coordinator will also play a key role in supporting proactive outgoing selling during promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all orders received by telephone, email or fax are processed accurately and in a timely manner each day
  • Identifying opportunities on incoming orders to be passed to the Sales Executive
  • Investigating and resolving all customer queries in an effective and efficient manner, to provide a satisfactory outcome in appropriate time scale
  • Advising on delivery dates, stock availability and prices, keeping up to date with product range and knowledge
  • Tracking parcels as required
  • Advising end users of stockists and other information as required
  • Responding professionally and appropriately to web contact forms daily
  • Liaising with the accounts department on customer status, billing etc
  • Ensuring all calls & systems notes are completed and accurate at all times
  • Processing returns paperwork & arrange collections

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone
  • Team Player and self-motivated with a drive to succeed and ability to manage their own time effectively
  • IT literacy essential, particular a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyse sales reports to improve sales and maximise opportunities
  • Attention to detail with a systemic and accurate approach
  • Proven problem-solving ability

Sales Executive

Position Summary

Working as part of a small team, as a Sales Executive with a customer service focus you will be required to take ownership of the customer journey and see each sale and enquiry through to resolution.

Generating sales from our large trade customer base, this is a very varied role, and you will be expected to provide an exceptional level of administration and phone support to internal and external customers.

Your day will involve an array of duties including:

  • Providing Exceptional service to all customers
  • Understand the importance of processing & dispatching quickly, before the shipping deadlines
  • Liaising with sales and warehouse departments to ensure completion of the sales and distribution processes
  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager in special projects and the organisation of trade shows
  • Working with Customer Service regarding any returns and Invoice Queries
  • Building a strong relationship with customers, keeping customers up to date
  • Liaising with the sales team on any potential orders or stock shortfalls
  • Dealing with customers over the phone progressing and chasing their orders
  • Communicate and promote our products

  • Computer literacy, including an understanding of Outlook, Word and Excel

Part-time Fit Model

Leeds

We are looking for a part time fit model to be able to work at Finest Brands head office in Leeds. The role involves 4 hours per week (day and time to be agreed.) The suitable candidate needs to be a good standard size 12 Fit (should fit into high street sizes such as Marks and Spencers.) You will need to be a regular body shape and happy to wear many different clothes for our design team to be able to examine and make fit comments for factories to correct.
Dimensions required for Size 12 Fit Model are as follows:

    • Chest – 93cm / 37in
    • Waist – 75cm / 28in
    • Hip- 100cm / 39.5in

The suitable candidate should be happy wearing many different outfits in a fit session and be able to make comments about the comfort, feel and fit of the garment if asked.

When not fitting clothes you will need to be happy to help out in the daily running of a design studio by tidying samples, ensuring they are correctly labelled or filing lab dips etc.to keep all areas of the design room up to date and tidy.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
