Christmas returns

Any Christmas purchases made between the 13th November 2023 and the 20th December 2023 may be returned until 31st January 2024, with a valid receipt/gift receipt or order number/dispatch note. This policy applies to all items purchased, whether full-priced, promotion or sale

The item(s) must be in a re-saleable condition with proof of purchase. 

Please do not make returns during our Christmas closure period, see below for details. 

Christmas Closure

Finest Brands will close from 4.00pm on Thursday 21st Dec until 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. 

Order Cut off for Pre-Christmas despatch. 

Orders received by 1pm on Thursday 21st Dec 2023,  will be processed before we close, subject to stock availability and the account being in good order. Parcels will be dispatched on a DPD 24 hour service, or the quickest service available for your region, however we cannot guarantee when the parcels will arrive. Some addresses are subject to at least 48 hours due to geography, this includes areas of Scotland, Northern & Southern Ireland. Orders received after 1pm on Thurs 21st Dec will be processed when Finest Brands reopen on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Emails, Faxes & Telephone calls

The Switchboard and most company mobile phones will be switched to the answer service at 4.00pm on Thursday 21st December, Answer phone messages left during this period will be dealt with when we reopen.

The team will aim to reply to all emails, faxes and phone calls received before 2pm on Thursday the 21st of December, before we close. Any communication which is not addressed before the close of business or that arrives during the closure, will be dealt with when our offices re-open from 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. Please bear with us for your response.

 

Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping items

Returns can be mailed to: Finest Brands International, 146-148 Garnet Road, Laurel House, Leeds, LS11 5HP. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
